We are seeking a motivated and passionate professional to join our team, contributing to the identification, analysis, and acquisition of exciting real estate investment opportunities.
Your tasks
- Identification and analysis of investment opportunities in the Swiss residential real estate market
- Establishing and maintaining a network with brokers, owners and institutional partners
- Negotiation of purchase contracts and support of the entire transaction process
- Carrying out location and market analyses to evaluate properties
- Support with business plans, profitability calculations and decision-making bases
Your profile
- Several years of experience in real estate acquisition, transaction management or real estate management
- University degree in real estate, business administration, construction or architecture (or equivalent education)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Profound knowledge of the Swiss real estate market
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with a high sense of responsibility
- Fluent in German and English

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee external property managers and ensure the professional management of our real estate portfolio.
Your tasks
- Management and monitoring of external management mandates (property administrations)
- Monitoring of rental processes (new letting, rent adjustments, collection)
- Planning and monitoring of maintenance and renovation projects
- Ongoing analysis of costs, budgets and reports
- Ensuring efficient, sustainable and tenant-oriented management
Your profile
- Completed commercial education, preferably with continuing education as a real estate manager with federal or similar qualification
- Several years of professional experience in real estate management, ideally also in managing external service providers
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Profound knowledge of tenancy law and the Swiss real estate market
- Independent, structured way of working and high quality awareness
- Fluent in German and English
